🔄 Return & Refund Policy – PulseCase

At PulseCase, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories included

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.

📦 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll cover all shipping expenses.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care products (cosmetics, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different product?
The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement.


🇪🇺 EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 30 days of delivery — for any reason, without justification.
The returned item must still meet the usual eligibility criteria stated above.


💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund
